Data represents facilities from the DRCOG Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Network of Care website: https://denverregion.co.networkofcare.org/aging/index.aspx. This data is updated biannually, in Q1 and Q3.
Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) provides data in multiple formats to support a wide range of applications, including Shapefile, GeoJSON, WMS, and KML. Shapefile and KML formats are available as downloadable files. GeoJSON and WMS are provided as URL services. Please note that spatial reference information for GeoJSON and WMS services may need to be adjusted before use in web mapping applications.
